Trading Terms
These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Trash Vintage site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Purchasing
Trash Vintage will use your personal details to fulfil your order. Trash Vintage reserve the right to change prices quoted on the website from time to time and goods supplied via the website are subject to availability. Should any problem arise with your order Trash Vintage will contact you via telephone, e-mail or letter.
Delivery
From receipt of your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 days. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email. Trash Vintage posts worldwide. Within the UK, items will be sent by recorded delivery or courier. The standard postage charge for orders within the UK is £5.50
International parcels will be sent via airmail or courier for heavier items. Please note Trash Vintage cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations. If you wish to cancel an order prior to its dispatch please email Trash Vintage using the contact form or email link provided and state your order number. Trash Vintage cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched.
Charges for UK post and packaging:
Standard UK postage per order £5.50 tracked and signed.
Charges for international airmail postage:
Rest of the world – Cost varies.
OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
Trash Vintage can not be held responsible for any charges, applicable taxes, duties or import fees (if any) incurred in your destination country upon receipt of your parcel. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any fees that are due on receipt, and in purchasing from Trash Vintage the buyer acknowledges this.
In purchasing from Trash Vintage, the buyer also acknowledges that any refused parcels sent back to Trash Vintage will be refunded, minus our postage expenses, selling expenses and a £30 administration fee.
